Description

RN Contract – (Wausau, WI)

📍 Location: Wausau, WI
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 13 Weeks
🕒 Hours: 36 hrs/week (Guaranteed)
🌙 Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

📋 Position Details

Float to all inpatient units as needed
Can be low censused / placed on-call
Call-back minimum: 2 hours pay
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday

📜 Requirements

Active WI RN License
BLS (AHA or ARC)
Minimum 2 years experience
Trauma Level II experience preferred
EPIC charting required

🏥 Unit Info (MAP – Medical & Pediatrics)

Travelers will NOT take pediatric patients
Patient population includes:
- Respiratory illnesses
- Stroke & neurological conditions
- GI disorders
- Diabetes management
- Renal failure
- Sepsis
- Infectious diseases
- Alcohol withdrawal

👥 Ratios:

Days: 1:4–5
Nights: 1:6–7

👕 Additional Info

Scrubs: Any color
Low Census: 36 hours unbillable allowed
On-call possible during low census hours
Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation week

💉 Compliance Policy

If declining Flu/COVID vaccines, mask is required at all times (mandatory policy)
