📅 Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
• Shifts: 12-hour Days/Nights (Start times: 7am, 11am, 1pm, 7pm)
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend & holiday
• Float: Not required

📞 On-Call / Low Census

• Can be placed on call during low census
• 36 hrs max unbillable per contract
• Call-back minimum: 2 hours pay

📋 Requirements

• License: WI RN License
• Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
• Experience:
  • 3–5 years ICU or ER (5 years preferred)
  • Trauma Level II REQUIRED
  • Transfer Call Center experience = BIG PLUS
• Charting: EPIC REQUIRED

🧠 Role Overview (High-Level)

This is a non-bedside, high-critical thinking role focused on patient logistics:

• Coordinate patient admissions & transfers across 16 hospitals
• Facilitate consults, placements, and bed coordination
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA regulations
• Communicate with providers, facilities & transport teams
• Provide real-time patient triage guidance remotely
• Manage patient flow + reduce ER boarding
• Handle accurate documentation & tracking

👉 Strong communication + ICU/ER judgment is KEY

👥 Unit Details

• Days: 2–4 RNs
• Nights: 2 RNs
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business casual
