Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Unit (MedSurg). This is a Full-Time – Day Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Austell, Georgia 30106.

Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. 

Must Have Skills
• Experience in MedSurg / Surgical Unit / Acute Care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a surgical MedSurg unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the care team
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies
• Uphold confidentiality and professional nursing standards

Key Requirements:

Education:
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience required
