Description
Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Burn Critical Care.
This is a Full-Time opportunity with long-term potential, located in Marietta, Georgia.
Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour.
Must Have Skills
• Experience in Critical Care / ICU / Burn Unit preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
• Perform the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a burn critical care environment
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
• Support mentorship and professional development within the care team
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice
Key Requirements:
Education:
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience required
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work Night Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
