Job Title: Physical Therapist - Pediatric
Location: Shelby, NC 28150
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift, 40 hours/week
Shift Information: (4) 9-hour shifts M-Th and 4 hours Friday
Clinical Interviewing- No
On Call, Call Back Requirements- None
Weekend Rotation- None
Holiday Requirements- None
Floating Requirements- N/A
About Facility: Outpatient Cleveland: located in the Dover YMCA, hospital-based clinic
General Info:
Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year for all.
Peds experience preferred for Peds PT
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
Pediatric PT: Ortho, developmental delay, equipment needs for peds and adults
Required Licensure & Certifications:
BLS, State licensure
PT: Masters or DPT accepted
Skill Requirements:
Pediatric PT: experience treating developmental delay, orthopedic conditions, assessing for appropriate equipment needs
Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC
Floating: If yes, where?
May float between Cleveland and Kings Mountain
Orientation (facility and unit):
Onboarding to department 4-5 days
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: no weekends for Outpatient setting
Holiday Expectations: All Holidays unless agreed upon RTO for acute care contracts
RTO: Approved by leader
