Internal Job Description

Assignment for 16-32 weeks. Travel Rate: $120. Radius: $115: 51-100 miles. Local: $110: 50 miles or less. Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance. CVOR RN. 3 12 days (0645-1915). With one/two 12 weekday calls (1900-0715 and usually only one during the week unless short staffed. Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Then one full weekend of call every 5 weeks. Requirements: BLS required, CNOR preferred. Prior travel experience required. Must have general experience. Large, academic, teaching hospital experience required. Min 2 years OR RN experience with recent experience & high competency in Cardio Vascular / Open Heart OR. May be required to float to other OR Suites (General, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, etc). If floated, would circulate, not required to scrub. Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Additional Information: IVS to OFFER. Monday to Sunday work week. No block schedules for any reason. Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 11/17. Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained.
