Position Overview

• Location: Breckenridge, MN; Evansville/Barrett, MN
• Setting: SNF/LTC; OP; Peds
• Pay Package: Starting at $1200/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 24-hour weekly guarantee
• Schedule: Flexible; 3 days/week; 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 06/01/26

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating communication disorders such as speech, fluency, language, voice and swallowing disorders
• Developing, planning and implementing a personalized treatment plan to address patient concerns
• Working with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient care
• Educating and counseling patients and families on communication and swallowing disorders
• Keeping up to date on new techniques and trends in the field of speech language pathology and communication disorders
• Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports and making telephone calls
• Authenticating, preparing, and submitting of documentation, ensuring confidentiality of all records, per HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR Certification
• ASHA Certification (preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
