Description

Submission Requirements

  • 3+ years of OT experience, behavioral health preferred (experience must be within the last 3 months) - [REQUIRED]
  • Licensed by the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) - [REQUIRED]
  • Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - [REQUIRED]
  • Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - [REQUIRED]
  • Will consider first time travelers


PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Resume with all age groups listed - [REQUIRED]
  • RTO cannot exceed 7 days - [REQUIRED]
  • OT skills checklist from within the last year - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active Vermont or Compact license - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Active American Health Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
  • Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease) - [REQUIRED]

  • CPI - offered onsite; please confirm at time of submission
  • Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
  • Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
