Responsibilities Deliver age-specific, direct patient care Provide nursing care using the Nursing Process Follow Department of Nursing Standards and Specialty-Specific Standards of Patient Care Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation to other staff Ensure compliance with all State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies Requirements Experience Relevant RN experience in direct patient care Ability to work within established nursing standards and protocols Leadership and delegation skills Licenses/Certifications BLS ACLS PALS or ENPC (must be active before start date or have a scheduled course at time of orientation) Education Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (minimum) BSN preferred
