<p>This is a Med-Surg role on a 48-bed unit, open to first-time travelers. Ratios are around 1:5–7 on days and 1:6–8 on nights. You won’t need to interpret telemetry, and RT handles respiratory equipment. The schedule is rotating day/night shifts, and floating is required. Are you open to that setup?<br /><br />Med-Surg RN – 1+ yr exp, first-time travelers welcome. 12hr rotating shifts. Ratios up to 1:7–8. No tele interpretation needed.
