LTC/SNF RN

- Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (-$8.00 to regular and OT bill rates)
- No Charge Differential at Good Samaritan Facilities
- No on call or call back available or billable
- Backouts & quits with less than 14-days notice incur a $500 fee
