OR RN – Boston, MA | Day Shift | Level I Trauma | Transplant Experience Preferred
Strong opportunity for an experienced OR RN at a high-acuity Level I Trauma center in Boston. Circulating experience required. Scrub experience highly preferred.
Assignment Details:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
- 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- ASAP start (allow ~4 weeks for compliance)
- No local candidates (must live 50+ miles from facility)
Experience Required:
- Circulating: Ortho, Neuro, ENT, General Surgery, Kidney Transplants
- Liver transplant experience is a strong plus
- Scrub and/or circulate experience with:
- General Surgery
- Robotics
- Transplants
- Ortho
- Neuro / Spine
- ENT (Head & Neck)
- GYN / Urology
- Organ Procurement
- Trauma
Facility Details:
- Level I Trauma OR (Inpatient)
- 10 Operating Rooms (West Main Campus)
- May float to East Campus or CVI OR
- Case mix includes bariatric, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedic trauma, spine, plastics, robotic surgery, and kidney/liver transplants
Call & Scheduling:
- Up to 2 weekends per month (call or working)
- Weekend call: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
- Short call once per week: 3a–7a or 5p–9p
- 30-minute response time
