Job Summary Breakdown (ICU / Cardiac Focus)

📍 Location Requirement

Strict 75-mile radius rule – local candidates only (no exceptions)

📅 Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment

❤️ Clinical Focus

Strong experience in cardiac care, including:
- Cath lab interventions
- STEMI (heart attack) management
- Post-code (post-cardiac arrest) patients

🏥 Patient Population

Primarily cardiac ICU patients
May also include:
- Post interventional radiology patients
- Overflow medical and/or surgical ICU patients (based on bed availability)

⚠️ Key Expectations

Ability to handle high-acuity, critical cardiac cases
Flexibility to work with mixed ICU patient populations
Strong critical thinking and rapid response skills required
