Job Title: Travel LPN 
Location:  Albuquerque, NM
Shift: 12 Hour / Night (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Casa Real. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting the healthcare team to ensure high-quality and safe patient care. The LPN will work closely with RNs and physicians to implement care plans and maintain accurate patient documentation while following facility policies and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver quality care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Promote patient safety and high standards of care

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted LPN  License
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
