Description

Home Health RN – LA County
• Experience: 2+ years Home Health with high-volume caseload required
• Travel Experience: At least 1 year Home Health travel required (first-time travelers not accepted)
• Required Cert: BLS
• Key Requirement: Recent OASIS experience required (OASIS exam required before interview)
• Caseload: 5–6 patients per day
• Pay Model: Hourly (not per visit) | Start time 8:00 AM

Schedule & Coverage
• Territory: LA County (5–20 mile radius)
• Weekend: Every 4 weeks
• On-Call: Required
• Mileage: Reimbursed per IRS standard
• License: Must be active at submission
• Locals: Accepted
