• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Openings: 1
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

📞 Call & Schedule

• Call Requirement: Shared evenly among OR RNs
• Typical Call Start: 5:00 PM
• Weekends: Only for on-call

📋 Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in acute care
• Licensure: Compact RN or Arizona RN
• Certifications:
  • Required: BLS
  • Preferred: ACLS, PALS (PALS can be obtained onsite)

• OR Rooms: 6 ORs + 1 Endoscopy Suite
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Patient Mix:
  • 70% Adult
  • 28% Geriatric
  • 2% Pediatric
• Case Types:
  • General, Ortho, Endo, OB/GYN
  • Scheduled & Emergency C-Sections
• Patient Type:
  • 90% Outpatient
  • 10% Inpatient

• Steris beds, Hana table
• EHR: MedHost & CQI

🔄 Additional Expectations

• May float to PACU (as 2nd RN)
