Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join an inpatient psychiatric unit providing care to adult patients experiencing acute mental health conditions. This role focuses on patient safety, stabilization, and therapeutic care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications including antipsychotics, antidepressants, and mood stabilizers
• Manage crisis situations and apply de-escalation techniques
• Support patients with mental health disorders such as schizophrenia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
