First Assist CST - Madisonville KY - 8 hour shifts 40 hour GTE unless weather related or clinic is closed Need a first assist for Surgery clinic department. Must have firm agreement to work diligently towards KCSA licensure upon acceptance of offer and required before start. PRIORITY: Vein harvesting experience required Schedule: M-F with call rotation Rotate all specialties Will work in the clinic with the physician when not in surgery Required Certifications (must have one of the following): CSA (Certified Surgical Assistant) from NSAA (National Surgical Assistant Association) NCCSA (National Commission for the Certification of Surgical Assistants) CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assistant) from NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Required Licensure (must have this and it is a lengthy process that has proven difficult to obtain): Kentucky CSA license (KCSA) from Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure (KBML)
