Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Opportunity

Location: Vacaville, CA (Primary) – Float to Vallejo as needed
Facility: Kaiser Permanente – Vacaville Medical Center
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months (with option to extend)

Position Overview

Kaiser Permanente is seeking experienced CRNAs for a locum opportunity in Vacaville, CA. This role offers a flexible schedule, diverse case mix, and a supportive team environment under a medical supervision model.

Schedule

• Monday – Sunday
• Mix of 8 & 10-hour shifts (12-hour shifts for OB)
• Preference for 1–2 weekends per month (with weekdays off)
• No Call Required

Practice Setting

• Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center
• 1:3 MD supervision model

Case Mix

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Gastroenterology
• Head & Neck
• Thoracic
• Neuro
• ENT
• OB (Preferred experience, not required)

Patient Population: Adults only
No Cardiac / No Expected Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia
• Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active California License
• BLS, ACLS required
• PALS preferred (flexible)
• OB experience preferred but not required
