FULL SOCIAL AND DOB REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION

• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN AND SCRUB TECH (RRT OR RCIS)
• Specialty: INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY
• Shift: 6AM-2PM

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: ON CALL
• Call Requirements: >12 DAYS
• Required Certifications: RN, RRT OR RCIS
• Years of Experience: 2
• Float Requirements: IR ON OCCASION

• Additional Notes: CL STAFF COVERS CATH,STRESS TESTING, TEE, TILT
