• Float Requirements: floating to other units (IMC, ED) in the hospital is an expectation

• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Equipment: Baxter for IV pumps; Posey for our bed/chair alarms; Omnicel for our drug dispensing cabinet; Zoll for our defibrillators
• EHR: Medhost

• Supervisor: Tanya Hawkins

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adult/geriatric

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Telemetry; recent acute care experience ; can handle 6 patient ratio
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: at least 2 yrs RN experience; preceptor and charge experience is a plus;
• Type of Patients on Unit: total joint patients; surgical patients; ACS; pts with acute on chronic medical conditions like CHF, CKD; alcohol withdrawal; SIRS; GIB; 
• Personality Fit: compassionate, positive, can-do attitude

• Required Education: ADN
