Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Surgical Technician position prepares the operating room, including setting up the sterile field and setting up surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions.

During surgery, this role passes instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon and prepares and manages surgical equipment, the sterile field, and specimens.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Required qualifications to effectively perform job.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Certified Surgical Technologist certification preferred.

1+ years of related work experience preferred.

Must have 2 references included in submission packet.

BLS required

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
