L&D / Postpartum RN – Washington Shift: 3x12s (Days/Nights) | Every other weekend Experience: 2+ years (L&D + PP + Newborn required) Certs: BLS, NRP License: WA license required Key Requirements: Must float within unit: Triage, L&D, Postpartum, Baby Nurse, OR Circulator C-section circulating required (scrub preferred) Triage & newborn transition experience required Level II nursery experience preferred Unit Details: 14 LDRP rooms | 2 ORs | 3 Triage beds Level II Nursery (5 beds) ~1000 births/year Ratios per AWHONN (1:1 labor, 1:2–3 couplets) Skills & Duties: Manage Mag & Pitocin drips Monitor epidurals Interpret fetal monitoring (Centricity) EPIC charting Other Info: No call | Float only within Birth Center Scrubs provided Orientation: 2 days Team-oriented, traveler-friendly unit
