Description

🕒 Shift

Day shift: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
5x8-hour shifts/week
On-call required
Weekend rotation: every 5–6 weeks
Holidays: as scheduled

🩺 Responsibilities

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
Perform nutrition assessments & reassessments
Develop and adjust patient diet plans
Manage enteral (tube feeding) & TPN
Monitor labs, intake/output, and nutritional status
Document in Epic (preferred)
Educate patients & families
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, care team

✅ Requirements (Short & Clear) RD/RDN certification (or eligible within 6 months) Kentucky Dietitian license (within 3 months of hire) Bachelor’s degree (ACEND/AND accredited) 0–1 year experience accepted (entry-level friendly) Epic experience preferred COVID vaccination required (exemptions allowed) Ability to handle clinical nutrition cases (diabetes, renal, GI, etc.)
