Position Overview

This role supports daily pharmacy operations within a decentralized model. The pharmacists will manage medication distribution, and support sterile and non‑sterile compounding. The schedule includes both day and evening shifts, with weekend coverage required. No overnight shifts are needed.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing
• Ability to work rotating day/evening shifts and weekends
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code

Preferred Skills

(Not required but highly beneficial)

• Experience with Pyxis ES
• Familiarity with Meditech
• Knowledge of DoseEdge

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacist in this role will routinely perform:

• Refilling Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets
• Filling first‑dose medications
• IV sterile compounding
• Non‑sterile compounding
• Packaging unit‑dose medications
• Answering phones and supporting pharmacist workflow
• Refilling code blue trays
• General medication distribution tasks

Dress Code

• Clean, professional scrubs

Additional Notes

• This is a 40‑hour/week position with a mix of day and evening shifts
• Weekends are required
• No overnight shifts
• No floating or on‑call responsibilities
