Experience

Minimum 3 Years Operating Room (OR) Experience – Required
Experience with multi-specialty surgical cases (Abdominal, Thoracic, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Plastics) – Required
Experience in Critical Access Hospital or Rural OR setting – Preferred
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and maintain surgical flow – Required

License

Active Alaska RN License – Required at Submission

Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required
Flu Vaccination Proof – Required
