Overview
As a Travel Float RN, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various departments, ensuring top-quality patient care across multiple units. Your adaptability and clinical skills will shine as you float between SCU, Med Surg, and ER, delivering exceptional service in high-stakes scenarios. Required Skills

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to float seamlessly between SCU, Med Surg, and ER
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in emergency or cardiac care
• Prior float pool or travel nursing experience
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., PALS)

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience in ICU, Med Surg, or ER settings
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Other Requirements

• Willingness to float across multiple units as needed
• Availability for night shifts (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, 3x12-hour shifts)
• Must possess ACLS and BLS certifications
• Able to start ASAP; interview via Teams
