Physical Therapist - OUTPATIENT HOME BASED/INPATIENT COMBO 90/10 Preferred pelvic health experience and or peds. 8's and/or 10's PT outpatient/inpatient (90/10):
but also comfortable with treating adult orthopedics, neuro or vestibular experience.

1. General job duties.
Types of procedures required. General Physical Therapy assignments dedicated to improving a patient’s function in skilled physical therapy
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) HealthLand EMR
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred; 1 year of experience required
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) Oregon PT license; BLS
