Requirements:

Associate’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) with at least one (1) year of surgical experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Colorado RN License
Current BLS
Current ACLS/PALS (Must be obtained with 6 months of hire)
Current CNOR and AORN professional affiliation
