• Shift: Nights, 3x12, 1900 - 0730
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As required by facility

• Call Requirements: As required by the facility
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHS

• Preferred Certifications:
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: As required by facility

• Equipment: IV pumps, computers, glucometer, GE monitoring equipment
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 2+ years medsurg or tele in an acute care hospital. 
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 
• Personality Fit: flexible, dependable, hardworking with strong teamwork skills are a must.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Black
• Any unacceptable attire: Anything other than black scrubs or M-wear

Approved Assignment Details:

Flexible contract length - 8-26 weeks 
Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours 
Blocked scheduling would need facility approval
   We will still need confirmation within 5 days of offer 
RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end
