• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36, but can be cancelled up to 3 times per contract
• Weekend Hours: every 3rd weekend rotation
• Call Requirements: N/A
• Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS (AHA)
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Other units in the acute care division, including to facilities within a 25 mile radius

• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Equipment: general hospital equipment for an acute care unit
• EMR: Cerner
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: neuro/post-stroke acute care, dysphagia screenings, stroke assessments, BCMA, time management, interdisciplinary communication
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: TR band management
• Type of Patients on Unit: General Medicine
• Personality Fit: Professional, adaptable, hardworking, patient-centered
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Any unacceptable attire: Fingernails must be compliant with TJC and CMS guidelines; shoes must be close toed with backs.
