Description
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours
Shift Requirements: 8 hour days - 730a-4p or 830a-5p
Float Requirements: floating to inpatient and outpatient care
Weekend & Holiday requirements: None required
Required Licenses and Certifications: WI State SLP License Required, CCC-A or CCC-SLP
(Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of SLP experience preferred, must be trained in both inpatient and outpatient care, LSVT and vocal fold treatment highly preferred
Charting Experience: EPIC required
Unit Information: hospital based inpatient and outpatient SLP, currently 2 other SLPs on the unit, rural healthcare setting so cases are a little bit of everything
Patient Ratios: 1:1 always
