Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist to join a dynamic skilled nursing team. This role focuses on evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; mentorship available for 0–1 years of experience
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
- Availability for flexible schedule (Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday)
- Willingness to float to nearby facilities if required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatments for SNF patients
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team
- Complete documentation according to facility standards (Net Health EMR or equivalent)
- Ensure compliance with therapy protocols and quality standards
Additional Information
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Minimum experience: Less than 1 year
- Holiday coverage: Not required
- Bilingual: Not required
