Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

Seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to support both the Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Team. EP experience is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities include assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures as well as electrophysiology/device implants.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience (no exceptions)
  • Certifications: RCES, RCIS, or ARRT (RT) with VI or CI certification
  • BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); no exceptions
  • Electrophysiology and structural heart experience preferred
  • Must comply with radius rule: permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility

Additional Information

  • Traveler housing may be available in newly remodeled furnished studio or one-bedroom apartments near the hospital (subject to availability)
  • Scrubs required for procedures
  • Prior travel experience is required for this position

Note: This position supports both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures as well as electrophysiology/device implants.
