FULL SOCIAL AND DOB REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION

Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 154

· Type of equipment : Servo U adult and peds, Drager VN500 (infants). High

Frequency Jet Vent (Infants)

· Documentation system: MEDITECH

· Scheduling requirements: 7P-7A 36 hrs. per week. Every other weekend

· Floating policy: None

· Patient Experience requirements: NICU/PICU required

Hospital Specifics-

· Certifications: BLS, State Resp. Care license

Requested Skill Set: NICU/PICU experience

2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, NRP

Dress Code: (Required uniform)

· Royal Blue scrubs
