Description
Direct‑Hire Birthing Center RN – Nights | Danville, IL Permanent, full‑time nights (3×12s) in a birthing‑center environment. You’ll provide labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care while supporting patients and families through the full birthing experience. This role is ideal for nurses who want stability, strong benefits, and a mission‑driven care environment.
Pay: $32.94–$49.36/hr (experience‑based) Bonus: $20K sign‑on for experienced OB/L&D RNs Perks: Full benefits, relocation support, and help obtaining an Illinois RN license
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands‑on care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes
- Support patients and families during the birthing process
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
Schedule
- Full‑time nights
- 3×12‑hour shifts
- Inpatient, 24/7 birthing‑center setting
Requirements
- Active RN license (or willingness to obtain IL RN)
- BLS required
- OB/L&D experience preferred
- BSN preferred
