Job Title: Pharmacist – Sterile Compounding
Location: Jupiter, FL, 33408
Job Type: FULL TIME,PERMANENT
Pay Rate: $70.00/per hour
Schedule & Hours:
- Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week
Position type: Local (under 50 miles radius rule)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleanroom operations, including sterile compounding and labeling processes
- Supervise and support compounding technicians during sterile admixture preparation
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and state/federal regulations
- Perform pre- and post-compounding quality and operational checks
- Review and approve batch records prior to product release
- Maintain accurate documentation and controlled substance logs
- Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage real-time inventory of finished products
- Promote a positive, compliant, and collaborative work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Active Florida Pharmacist License
- Sterile compounding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
