Requirements

Minimum 6 months Home Health experience (required)
Active RN license
- Florida license required (client will wait if in process)
Strong time management and independent field skills
Experience with high-volume visit scheduling

Schedule & Coverage

~30 visits per week (varies based on SOCs)
Schedule finalized by 5:00 PM the day prior
Territory split by days:
- Example: Mon/Wed – North, Tue/Thu – South
Saturday coverage preferred/required (as needed)
