  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
3 -4 weekend shifts per month (Friday or Saturday night) NIHSS, ACLS, BLS required Strong Neuro Experience Required Previous travel experience required • Airway management • Management of vented patients • Artline management (Preferred for ER) • Management of dysrhythmias • Central line management • Management of IV drips • Isolation precautions • Triage skills (ER/ER Holding only) • Computerized documentation • Nurse to patient ratios 1:1-2+ • NIH • Interpretation of ABGs • Interpretation of dysrhythmias • Continuous IV sedation • Titration of IV vasopressors • 2 years of recent experience • Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure Experience with: fempops, CEAs, post thoracic surgeries, post cranis, neurosurgeries
