Shift: 3x12s, 7p-730a. No block scheduling
Call Requirements: N/A
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facility's discretion.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Years of experience REQ: 2+ years - Resource must have high risk (level 3) OB experience
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, NIHSS
Certs Pref: AWHONN Advanced
Locals accepted: Yes - locals preferred. Mileage radius is within 75 miles of the facility.
