Join Our Team as a Travel/Contract Oncology Radiation Therapist in Kenosha, WI!

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Radiation Therapist to provide exceptional patient treatment in a dynamic environment. This position offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art technology, contribute to a supportive healthcare team, and expand your professional experience—all while exploring the beautiful Kenosha area.

What You'll Do:
As a Radiation Therapist, you will administer radiation treatments to adult cancer patients using Varian True Beam and Aria systems. Your role is vital in delivering precise, compassionate care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with a seasoned team, including lead therapists, providers, nurses, and leadership, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Varian True Beam and Aria platforms
  • Proficiency in operating linear accelerators and administering radiation treatments
  • Current ARRT-Radiation Therapy certification
  • BLS certification

     

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with DIBH and SBRT techniques
  • Previous experience in adult oncology care
  • Flexibility to adapt to different treatment volumes

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of professional radiation therapy experience
  • Certification in radiation therapy and BLS are required

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to Kenosha, WI (no floating responsibilities)
  • Comfortable with a Monday through Friday schedule (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, variation based on patient volume)
  • No weekend work, holidays, or on-call duties
  • Solid color scrubs and on-site free parking provided
