Job Opportunity: Technologist - X-Ray (Night Shift)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care. The role may require floating within the same discipline across local campuses.

Work Schedule & Hours

• 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours
• Night shift
• Orientation dates available starting late April through November

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience
• Prior travel contract experience preferred (at least 1 completed travel contract)
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system (required)
• Proficient with DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, GE Elite C-Arm, O-Arm equipment (required)
• Must hold a valid ARRT certification
• Must have a current state license in Iowa (compact license allowed)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must provide:

  • Work history/resume
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year
  • License verification
  • Copies of required certifications
  • One supervisory reference at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (exceptions apply with rate adjustment)

Additional Information

• Average patient load: approximately 15 patients per day
• Not eligible if employed by the same employer within the last 12 months
• Must be able to provide proof of taxable address (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)

• This position requires flexibility to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• The role involves working in a trauma center environment with various trauma levels nearby.
