Job requirements: 

 

-Active LPN License in AZ

-At least 6 months- 1 year of recent HCHB experience 

-Active BLS through AHA 

-Ability to pass a drug screen and background check 

-Ability to work full-time M-F 8-5 

-On-call requirements discussed in interview
