Description
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: Med Surg
• Number of Openings: 2
• Shift: Nights, 1900-0730
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks – must be indicated on submission form
ALL CONTINGENCY REQUESTS MUST BE ON THE SUBMISSION FORM
• Weekend Hours: No more than every other weekend, weekend shifts scheduled based on unit needs
• Call Requirements: As required by facility
• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
• Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only
• Preferred Certifications: none
• Years of Experience: 1 year Med Surg
• Float Requirements: as needed, to any unit in the med/surg service line
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Med Surg, inpatient only; medication administration, EMR documentation, physical assessment
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 1 year Oncology; ONS Chemo Certification
• Type of Patients on Unit: Oncology, some neuro overflow, medical patients, end of life patients
• Personality Fit: Team player, reliable, flexible
