Assignment for 16 weeks to cover FMLA/ LOA . M/S Rehab RN, 12H Nights; Sub-acute/long stay patients, must have rehab/LTC exp. NIHSS will be required prior to starting. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 5/4 • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
