Description

Job Title: House Supervisor
Duration: 20+ Weeks + High possibility of extension
Location: Arcata, CA 95518
Schedule: 7:00 pm - 7:30 am or 7:00 am - 7:30 pm PST

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate staffing, bed placements, and resource allocation based on patient acuity and census.
Respond to emergencies (codes, crises), liaise with on-call leadership, and resolve staff/patient issues.
Monitor nursing units, provide clinical guidance, and expedite admissions/transfers for efficiency.
Will float to ER, ICU and Med/Surg to cover meal period breaks.

Required Qualifications:

Minimal four (4) year of experience.
Active California RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP preferred.
