Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)is the shift for this role. The Job Description:CVICU / Registered Nurse... Ratio: 1:1-2 Ratios may vary if floated... Number of years of experience required: 2 years of current CVICU experience. May consider SICU experience with initial training in a CVICU... Are First time travelers accepted? Yes... Holiday/Weekend/RTO Policy: Every other weekend and holiday required as applicable. All time off or schedule accommodations must be sent with the submittal and approved before the offer... Certification Requirements: BLS ACLS and NIHSS are required… Will Travelers Float? Floating required to all ICUs PACU ED for ICU holding patients and all IMC units… Are Locals accepted? Yes... Patient Mix: Fresh hearts ventilated patients chest tubes and lumbar drains chronic and acute renal failure… Equipment Requirements: For consideration applicants MUST have experience with devices such as Impella IABP and CRRT using Prismax -OR- experience with fresh heart cases... Required Skills: Post Op Open Heart Recovery Swan Flotrack Temp Pacers Alines and Chest Tubes. CVICU experience with fresh open hearts such as CABG MVR AVR TAVR... Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:30
