Job Summary

Assignment Type: Contract
Contract Guarantee Hours: 72 hours biweekly (guaranteed; does not include on-call time)

Shift & Schedule:

• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• Orientation: One per month; only 04/21 start date is available
• Assignment Length: 10 weeks

Requirements / Qualifications

• Licensure: Must have MA RN license at time of submission
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (American Heart Association) – only AHA accepted
  • BLS (American Heart Association) – only AHA accepted
  • PALS or ENPC preferred
  • TNCC required
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years ER experience

• Timing:
  • RNs scheduled within 48 hours of confirmation
  • All testing completed within 1 week
• Passing Score: 85% required; one attempt only, no remediation
• Preparation: Use client-provided study guide with tips/answers

Restrictions / Notes

• Residency: No local travelers (cannot live within 50 miles of facility)
• Prior Employment:
  • RNs who worked permanent at Beth Israel Lahey Health in the last year are not eligible
  • Must be separated for at least 1 year if previously permanent
• Submission Notes:
  • Must provide available interview dates/times
  • All Return-to-Office (RTO) requests must be presented at submission
  • Only candidates meeting all above requirements will be considered
