<h3>Internal Job Description</h3> Responsibilities for the OB RN Labor &amp; Delivery traveler at CMMC: • The L&amp;D RN monitors maternal and fetal wellbeing, manages labor progression, assists with deliveries, and responds promptly to obstetric emergencies. • This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to provide emotional support to patients and families during one of the most significant moments of their lives. • Provides for safe, efficient and caring nursing services to achieve high standards of patient care for Labor &amp; Delivery and Obstetrics. • Includes administering medications, performing cervical exams within scope, interpreting fetal monitoring strips, preparing patients for operative deliveries, and providing postpartum education. • This nurse plays a critical role in promoting a positive birth experience and ensuring optimal outcomes for both mother and newborn. • Must have experience in both Labor &amp; Delivery. • Current Montana RN license required. • NRP • Stable • BLS
