Interventional Radiology Technologist – Day Shift (4×10s)

Shift Information

• Schedule: Day Shift, 4×10‑hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On Call Requirements:
  • 1 night per week: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 1 weekend every 4 weeks: Friday–Monday, 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Floating: Required
  • If census is low, travelers may be floated to other hospital departments within their skill set
• Local Radius: 90 miles

Required Certifications

• BLS – AHA
• ARRT (R) with Advanced Certification in one of the following:
  • Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
  • Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV)
  • Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI)

Required Skills & Experience

• Neuro / Stroke experience required
• Experience with:
  • PACS
  • Contrast administration
  • Biopsy procedures
• Equipment experience:
  • Siemens imaging systems

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures
• Support neuro and stroke cases
• Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately
• Administer contrast and assist with biopsies
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, documentation, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across departments as needed
